● Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
● Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
● Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days, starting at $10
● Express Shipping: 5-7 business days, starting at $30
● International Shipping: Delivery times vary by location, with rates starting at $15
Note: Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs delays or weather.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs and duties fees may apply and are the responsibility of the
customer. Tina Boutique is not liable for these additional charges.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@tinaboutique.shop within
7 days of delivery. We will assist you with filing a claim or arranging a replacement.
Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
● Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
● Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original
packaging and tags.
● Wigs that have been customized, altered, or styled are not eligible for returns.
Return Process

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label.
Pack the item securely and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping
fees unless the return is due to a product defect.
Refunds● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after
receiving the return.
● If the product is found to be used or damaged upon inspection, the refund may be
denied.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, return the original and
place a new order.
Final Sale Items
All clearance or sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
